The Task
With the owner of a 40 year old business coming to terms with retiring, this project focused on creating a living memory through a cookbook, cooking demonstrations and team building events.

The Cookbook
This book was a celebration of everyone connected to the Broadway Panhandler over the last 40 years. All profits were donated to City Harvest.
Photography
Demonstrations, Event Organizing & Team building events
Chefs came into the store to cook dishes from the cookbook. One team building event at Ogilvy was a cook-off led by two professional chefs.
